At 21 Cigar Co, we occasionally offer pre-order options for select premium cigars and accessories to ensure availability for our official launch. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding cancellations, fulfillment, and payments.

What is a Pre-Order? Pre-orders allow you to reserve limited-edition or high-demand cigars before our official store launch. Your order will be fulfilled once inventory arrives and we begin shipping, with an estimated fulfillment date provided at checkout (subject to change based on supply chain factors).

Cancellation Rights

  • Before Fulfillment: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before we begin processing and shipping your order. To cancel, contact us via email at info@bitcoincigars.com or through your account dashboard. We'll process your cancellation within 2-3 business days and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Fulfillment Begins: Once we start picking, packing, or shipping your pre-order, cancellations are no longer available. At that point, our standard Refund Policy applies.

Refunds and Fees

  • Full refunds are issued for cancellations before fulfillment, with no restocking or cancellation fees.
  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Pre-orders are non-transferable and final sale once fulfilled.

Estimated Fulfillment Pre-order fulfillment timelines are estimates based on manufacturer delivery and our launch schedule. We'll provide updates via email. Delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., shipping disruptions or inventory shortages) may occur, but we'll notify you promptly.
