At 21 Cigar Company LLC, doing business as 21 Cigar Co. ("we", "us", or "our"), we’re dedicated to delivering your premium cigars and accessories promptly and securely through our Shopify storefront at bitcoincigars.com (the "Site"). This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, local pick-up, and taxes for orders placed through our Services, available only to customers in the United States, its territories, and APO addresses. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most addresses in the United States, its territories, and APO addresses via UPS. Due to state tobacco regulations, we do not ship to Utah or South Dakota. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Rates and Times

  • Shipping Carrier: We primarily use UPS for all shipments.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 4–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, fraud verification, age verification, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Shipping Fees:
    • $15 Flat Rate for orders of $199 or less (Adult Signature Required).
    • Free shipping for orders of $200 or more (Adult Signature Required).
  • Exact Charges: Final shipping charges are displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with the shipment date and a tracking number once your order ships. For special handling requests, please add a comment during checkout.

Adult Signature Requirement

All orders containing tobacco products (e.g., cigars) require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery, in compliance with federal and state tobacco regulations. Please ensure someone 21 or older is available to sign for the package. We use AgeChecker.Net to verify your age during the order process, and additional verification may be required at delivery.

State-Specific Requirements

Some states have additional requirements for tobacco shipments, which we follow to ensure compliance:

  • California: Per Senate Bill 39, we confirm delivery by telephone after 5:00 PM PT the day before shipment and require a signature from a person 21 or older upon delivery.
  • Delaware: Per Title 30 Chapter 53, we store age verification documents and require a signature from a person 21 or older upon delivery.

It’s your responsibility to comply with local tobacco regulations. We’re not liable for delays, confiscations, or other issues caused by state or local laws. Contact us if you have questions about shipping to your area.

Military Bases, Territories, and APO Addresses

Shipments to APO addresses, U.S. territories, or other eligible locations are sent via UPS and may experience longer delivery times due to extended transit. Adult signature requirements for tobacco products still apply.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in Florida, where we have a physical presence, as required by state law (Fla. Stat. § 212.05). For other states, sales tax may apply if we meet economic nexus thresholds (e.g., significant sales volume) or based on local regulations. Exact tax amounts are shown in your shopping cart before checkout. In states where we don’t collect sales tax (e.g., Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon), you may be responsible for reporting and paying use tax to your state, if applicable.

Tobacco Excise Taxes

We comply with all applicable federal and state tobacco excise tax laws. If excise taxes apply to your order based on your state’s regulations, they will be included in your cart total at checkout. For questions about tobacco taxes in your state, please contact us.
